01. Flat Rate & Free Shipping
We offer a flat shipping fee of $10.00 for all nationwide retail shipments. Orders with a subtotal of $150.00 or higher qualify for free shipping, which is automatically applied during checkout.
02. Handling & Transit Times
Orders are typically packed and processed within 1-2 business days of payment verification. Standard shipping transit times range from 3-5 business days. We provide tracking numbers once the package has been dispatched.
03. Local Warehouse Pickup
Customers located near our Raleigh, NC headquarters may select the Local HQ Pickup option during checkout. Once your payment is manually verified, we will assemble your order and send an email notification when it is ready.
